Well known to users of the GTC Forum Perry Mitchell is an ex-Ampex and Sony engineer and now Head Engineer at Procam Television. During this evening workshop Perry will conduct interactive discussions into the mystery and magic of motion pictures, video and the meaning of life! If the small audience desires, he will also detour into the maze of camera engineering and will discuss and try to answer any specific questions raised.

We’re really very excited by the imminent arrival of Sony’s new flagship Digital 35mm camcorder. We are already seeing demand for this camera which is still three months away from launch. Our initial order is for six units, the first of which arrives in January 2012. Procam Television holds the largest stock of F3’s in the UK. The F65 is an important and timely addition to our fleet of Digital 35mm camcorders.

3D Live was a "a great success". As Mark Lynn from Tyrell explains "we had nearly 70 attendees over the two sessions and the presentations/demos were excellent and I think everyone left with a little more knowledge about 3D."

Procam3D, a Procam Television brand supports Tyrell CCT in an important 3D event to be staged in Soho on 20 July 2011. The event will demonstrate the ease of working in 3D - from acquisition to delivery.

Procam has taken delivery of more XDCAM units for PSC use, taking our fleet to 25.
